Material Composition
The Amon-Ra Window System compound is an impact modified unplasticised rigid thermo vinyl polymer profile compound having high impact strength.
The formulation has been tropicalised, U.V. Stabilised & patented as RTVP (U.V.).
Impact Strength
RTVP profiles are outstanding for their resistance to fracturing. This superiority is particularly evident at temperature below 0°C.
Weather Resistance & Colour Stability
Amon-Ra Window System compound has outstanding weather resistance & colour stability. These important characteristics have been proven in light & weather tests.
Another point worth stressing is the high resistance & colour stability of the material to the various pollutant effects of industrial atmosphere.
Thermal Stability
The formulation of the Amon-Ra Window System is such as to guarantee excellent thermal stability. The system has good dimensional stability upto 70°C.
Flame Resistance
Amon-Ra Window System is flame resistance in accordance with DIN 4102. The formulation guarantees flame resistance without the necessity for further additives & results in the material being defined as self-extinguishing.
